Introduction

pasajest.online publishes Notes From A Changing Yard, a personal editorial journal about seasons, outdoor routines, memory, and ordinary neighborhood life. This site is not a commercial service platform and is not affiliated with any employer portal, manufacturer, or lawn-care company. This policy explains what information may be involved when you visit or write.

Information You Provide

If you email me or send a letter, you choose what to include: your name, return address, email address, and the contents of your message. I use that information only to read and, when possible, reply. I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Contact Forms

The form on the contact page is a front-end draft only. It does not transmit messages to a server and does not store submissions. If you want a note to arrive, please use the email address listed below. Anything you type into the form remains on your device unless your browser keeps its own local draft.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may still keep ordinary technical data of its own, such as a cache of pages or images, which I do not control.

Analytics

pasajest.online does not currently run an analytics service. There is no third-party visitor-counting script on these pages. If that changes, this section will be updated before any such tool is added.

Essays may link to other pages on this site. If a future note includes an outbound link, that destination will have its own privacy practices. I am not responsible for the content or policies of external websites.

Third-Party Services

The site is a static collection of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images. Hosting, domain registration, and email transmission (when you write to me) may involve providers I use to keep the journal online. Those providers process information according to their own terms. I do not embed advertising networks, comment platforms, or login systems.

Data Retention

Email I receive is kept only as long as needed to understand and respond, or as long as a continuing correspondence makes that reasonable. I do not maintain a marketing list. Paper mail, if any, is handled as ordinary personal correspondence.

I may revise this policy if the site's technical setup changes. The date at the top of the page will change when that happens. Continued use of pasajest.online after an update means the current version applies to later visits.
